MatFlow is an AI-powered strength and conditioning application that generates personalized training plans for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioners. The Service provides workout recommendations, progress tracking, and AI-generated training phases based on user-provided information.

3. Assumption of Risk

You understand and agree that:

• Strength training, conditioning, and martial arts carry inherent risks including but not limited to muscle strains, joint injuries, sprains, fractures, cardiac events, and other serious injuries.
• You are responsible for consulting with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions or injuries.
• You are responsible for using proper form, appropriate weights, and safe training practices.
• The AI-generated workout recommendations are suggestions based on the information you provide and may not be suitable for your individual circumstances.

4. No Medical Advice

The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content, including AI-generated workout plans, is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition or before starting a fitness program.

5. Limitation of Liability

You hereby release, waive, and discharge MatFlow and its affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained while participating in any exercise or training program generated or recommended by the Service.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MatFlow, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

7. AI-Generated Content

The training plans and exercise recommendations provided by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or effectiveness of AI-generated content. You use the Service at your own risk and should use your own judgment when following any recommendations.

8. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your health, injuries, and training history.
• Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
• Do not attempt exercises beyond your skill or fitness level.
• Ensure you have proper equipment and a safe training environment.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
